Mcdonald's - El Cajon

You are customer service is terrible!! Especially drive thru, they don't even turn to you to hand over your food, I myself worked in the fast food industry and it shouldn't be like that

Ok so food is typically ok, but the waiting is unreal 3 times now and sadly in a row I've had to wait for my drive thru order for 25 plus minutes l. It's ridiculous that even after waiting that long I still have to be the one to go in and get my order!!!!! This needs improvement asap it's not right!

The lady in the drive through helped me with my app saving me 20 percent in my purchase. Thank you. Got a frappe without the whipcream. It was great.

Had a mobile order and tried to pick it up thru drive thru but got there issues with line one they would not come on the drive thru mic proceeded to inside advise person at the counter issues with drive thru she advised both lanes should be working and walked away advised her if I can get my medium cup so I can get my soda she said in a rude way no your order came thru drive thru . I asked can I speak to manager she advised I'm the manager and ignored me walked away very disappointed with the service I got from her

The drive thru guy couldn't get my order right. He asked what flavor of ice cream I want and they only have ONE flavor ?‍ I asked for fresh fries, they tell me they're fresh, they're just got from the heaters. This almost made me go somewhere else. They need better people and less liars.
