El Mono - El Cajon

It was my mom’s 89th birthday on the 4th of July! The food was delish the service was nice! I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat a real Peruvian meal!

El Mono was fantastic! Great food. Wonderful service. Full house! Will definitely go again.

We’re looking forward to the new space. The current space is not ideal but they’ve done a decent job making it work. I hope it’s not as loud. The most recent night we were there, a table of 6 was so loud it was bordering on let’s get to go boxes. Love the food. Sweet potato chili fries perfectly cooked. Service and general staff super nice. New space opening in March.
