I had a terrible experience today, I ordered collection online. there was the girl who visited me at the bar, not more rude, generally it looked like she didn't have it today, but very unprofessional to take it on a customer. I ordered a strawberry basil limonade, she put it in a broken cup when she gave it to me, I thought it was because she didn't wipe the cup after the mixing because she was?t, ai standing there when she did it, but once I came into my car and knew it herself, it had a crack and made a mess, then my escape was a mess. when I came home, only rough and quite sure that there were some things missing. very disappointed that manager did not pay attention to how employees treat customers, not sure whether the escape was a kitchen problem or the same girl that did not properly treat the bag when she was from behind. pictures attached
