Papa Johns Pizza - Eielson AFB

Gave Eielson Pappa johns a 3rd strike. Well this time looks like someone got hugery on the ride over and picked off the cheese on the pizza and it was cold with more fat than meat. Was told it would take 55 to 65 min took 138 min. If you try to call thestore no one ever picks up and if you call customer service it connects you overseas and your problem is never fixed.

Two separate orders two different nights. The first time ordered 2 hours before closing, was met with a text 30 minutes later saying they couldn't honor the order because the bx was closed. Second time ordered even sooner, and received no notificationthat my order would not be fulfilled.

I haven't had a problem with either of the orders I've placed. The pizza tastes reslly good. It's never taken am hour for delivery to me personally. The only thing I didn't like is when they put the receipt ON the pizza.

Placed a delivery order online 2 hours before closing time. About 15 mins later, I checked the tracker online to see that my order had somehow been canceled (not at my request). I called Papa Johns to check up on the order and was connected to thelocation I ordered from (this one). I was immediate hung up on before being able to speak to anyone.

100% should not be on base at eielson afb. Should be kicked off and replaced by something and people who actually care. Worthless as a whole. 16-25 minutes for delivery. Never got it and out $25 for 150 yard delivery to lodging called well beforedelivery ended (hours before) and info taken. Who ever does calls and deliveries needs fired and replaced. Worthless service forany food company ever. Kick off base permanently!!!!!!!!
