Ryder Cup Lounge In P - ehurst

The new Vista lounge is quite entertaining because there is no hostess and people have to compete for tables. I won't be returning until they address this issue, but it was quite amusing to observe. It was almost like having dinner and a show.

Went to the restaurant last night and enjoyed the new decor. However, the food we ordered was lacking. I tried the Kittle Gem Lettuce salad without quinoa and it was tasty. The Beer Steamed Mussels were disappointing as there was no sausage included and the broth was bland. Although there were garlic and onion slices, the garlic seemed dry and lacked flavor. My husband had the All American Burger and found the meat to be flavorless. Some other dishes around us looked decent, but we were unsure. The cocktail was good though. Hopefully, the food quality improves in the future.
