Sack O' Subs Eht - Egg Harbor Township

Yesterday we picked up 2 cheese steaks and came home and the cheese steaks are so much smaller, then they are needed. So disappointing since Sackos is my and my family favorite for years. Last time I will ever go to this place!! The locations in Absecon and Ventnor are so much better! Please get the city administration together, so disappointing in so many ways, with the price we pay now a day.

Very annoying that I called last week at 7:40 to order a sub and they said they couldn't do it because they close at 8. This time I called at 7:30 a.m. and they said they were only doing cold parts because they closed at 8:00. So, then put this at 7:30. When you close at 8, this usually means after 8 you stop ordering. As a customer, I can't guess when you really stop taking orders. Which subshop closes at 7:30?? To get a hot sub from here, you need to place your order before 7:00? Or is that too close to closing? I'm trying to order from here.

The woman on the phone is very disrespectful. We ordered simple chickens tender at 11:06 and Mozzarella sticks and a side salad told me half an hour for delivery and before I could tell her that my house is a little hidden it is hanging on me. 12pm I'll call asking where my order is she again rudely says that she never said half an hour and that the delivery driver didn't come up until 1130 I said you should probably have told me that she said he was on the way and hanging on me! TWICE. My food was delivered to COLD.

The person I spoke with was great and asked all the right questions, so I thought. Re read the order, felt that it would be good. Order 2 entire regulars, especially asked for oil and vinegar, all the subparts were dry. Ordered a ham with American cheese and salami, got ham, provolone and no salami. Totally disappointed Pretty simple order, not sure how many parts of it were wrong.

Cheese steak tasted OK, However, they need to chop it up a lot more. Mushrooms and onions need to be cooked longer. What you would expect from someone who's not from Philly.
