Assaggio! - EGG HARBOR CITY

Last night marked the final evening for Assaggio, as they are closing their doors for good. It was a bittersweet and lively occasion, with many regular patrons coming to bid farewell and extend their best wishes to Mary and the entire staff. We will truly miss Assaggio, as it has been our go-to spot for Friday night dinners. The food has consistently been exceptional, and Danny, the bartender, is always a delight to be around—one of the best in the business, in my opinion. We wish everyone all the best following this unfortunate closure.

I absolutely loved our meal last night! I consistently appreciate their attention to detail when it comes to gluten-free menu options and preparation. And the martinis were delicious!

The food was incredible, and the service was excellent. We had a party of seven, including a five-year-old, and everyone was extremely satisfied with their meals. The desserts were absolutely divine!

Loved the food the drinks and the live music! A meeting place for us to go when we are at the shore!

Outstanding food! Fun environment- with the best bartender. We missed the side salad, but understand the menu needs to change with the times. Lobster fritters, shrimp parm, veal parm were the winners at our table. We will definitely be back!
