Midway Pub Grub - Effingham

We had a group of six and arrived at the restaurant only to find that the service was lacking. The food we were served was subpar, and it was brought to our table after we had already started eating something else. When our orders finally arrived, they were mixed up, and though they offered to correct the mistakes, it took us a frustrating 30-40 minutes to receive our food. I was particularly unhappy when half of my sandwich was missing. The waitress responded rudely, stating, "We do the best we can with a large party and half the staff." While I might have overlooked the issues, I was taken aback when they wrote down our names in front of other patrons at the bar, which felt unprofessional. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I do not plan on returning.

I had a wonderful experience today at the restaurant! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Angie, Courtney, and Dawn were fantastic!

I went there for drinks and pizza and decided to order a pulpit. It was amazing! The portion was enough for a family, and they also had ranch available.

Service sucked waited forever for are food appetizers came with half are dinner the dinner wasn't even all together didn't even have a complete sandwich

Very positive experience! I was there with a few friends of mine enjoying a few afternoon drinks with some educational conversation. The bartender was fantastic and very good to talk with as well.
