Little Caesars Pizza - Effingham

Little Caesars is often underestimated. Their ingredients are fresh, and the pizza tastes fantastic. I really enjoy the fluffy crust; I think it tastes better than many other pizza chains. The online ordering system, Pizza Portal, felt like something out of "Back to the Future" – I paid in advance, received a code, unlocked my pizza, and I was on my way. I was truly impressed!

I had pizza that was hot and fresh on both of my visits this month. The customer service was straightforward and efficient. However, during busy evening hours, the drive-thru line often extends onto the street.

Minus the one employee who doesn't make pizza good. You don't want to be there. It is a fantastic place of convenience the food usually good or better than most pizza spot in this city. Hell I will get a .. drive well ooo btw

Terrible customer service of one of the girls asked why we must be so difficult an hour before they close and everything we had asked was to add Parm to the pizza, then the manager was very rude to my bf screaming at him and after my bf told him he had not very good customer service skills that the guy jumped over the counter as if he wanted to fight. The manager also seemed very racist with offensive breed tattoos on him. And I guess because my bf was so difficult, our pizza tasted as if they had it full of salt so we had to throw it away. I wouldn't recommend this place, it was much better a few months back.

We were told to park cheese bread for 4min for bread sticks. 10min later they drove back around the drive thru they forgot about us somehow.
