Effingham Grocery Grill

I came here to eat with my family. The service was horrible the boss was constantly shouting at her employees which creates a horrible work environment. Though I will admit the food was quite good my biggest issue is the way the boss was acting I could understand berating her employees in a backroom or something but no she shouted at her employees in the middle of the dinning area disturbing me and my family.

The owner and staff are nice! The hotdogs are great, what makes them is the chili! It's great! the cake balls from Michelle's bakery, are the best iv ever had!!!

The owner is very rude , cussing employees while customers are in store . Maybe if she treated her employees better she could keep good help . The food is very good . Would love to see the employees get treated better .

They treat you like family there. Me and my family love eating at mary Ann.
