Wendy's - Edwardsville

The service at this restaurant was extremely sluggish and all the food we received was cold.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not up to par anymore. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich while my spouse ordered the baconator. The grilled chicken sandwich turned out to be crispy, and when I asked the guy making the food about it, he said he could make any sandwich I wanted, contradicting the register girl who said they didn't have grilled chicken sandwiches. My husband's baconator had hair in it and only had one patty instead of two. We were so disappointed that we threw our food away and left. The queso dip also looked unappetizing, with crusty cheese that seemed to have been sitting out all day. Overall, it was not worth the risk of eating there again.
