Moussalli’s Prime - Edwardsville

Moussalli's is fantastic, from the moment we walked in and sat down until we left we felt welcomed. I only got the one picture, kicking myself for not taking photos of everything. We sat outside on the patio, and there was live music. What a serene settng. We ordered Pesto Arancini Fried Pickles for apps, delicious! The fried pickles were some of the best ive ever had, garden grown fresh and pickled right there. I got the 16oz ribeye, it was so good, seasoned perfectly. Our server Collin was so friendly and polite; oh and the live music! Best experience eating out in a long time. Thank you Moussallis!

Remarkable and comfortable dining. What a place! A focused menu that features great variety. Same with the wine list it's not overwhelming but it's thoughtfully assembled. Excellent steaks from a named ranch. Great sides and sauces. Wonderful, attentive service. Delicious cocktails. And tablecloths! You owe it to yourself to make a reservation for a special occasion and enjoy a proper meal there aren't tons of opportunities these days and this is the place to do it.

I was in town for a show at the Wildey and was looking for a great meal. I enjoyed steak, salmon, oysters, clam chowder, and a selection of vegetables. Everything was excellent, and the steak was particularly outstanding.

The food was excellent; the steak was cooked just how I like it, and the mushroom port wine sauce enhanced the meal. My wife especially enjoyed the salmon, and the bread was fantastic—very fresh salad, too. I’d rank this as one of our top five favorite steakhouses in the area. If you get the chance, definitely give it a try! Oh, and the pork belly entrée was delicious as well.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I was very impressed. I ordered the sirloin along with parmesan fries, and both were delicious. The butter pecan cheesecake was absolutely heavenly. I would definitely recommend this place for a fine dining experience.
