Mcdonald's - Edwardsville

No matter how you order the food it’s never correct and always cold.

This is ridiculous. You sit there and wait for your food and it’s still cold. Phone never gets answered. The worst customer service ever. Just needs to get shut down

This is a playground McDonald's. It's for that and you know exactly what that is.

TLDR: This location is fairly standard and almost always gets my order rightMcDonalds is a place you go because you just are in the mood for it, you would never truly go there otherwise I would think, the food is okay no matter what you order nothing will ever be bad but you can normally always compare it to a place that does some particular thing better (albeit more expensive maybe), now if that were all, this would be a 2-3 star, what I love is the fact it is very simple and easy to order from here, sometimes it taking less than 10 seconds to get the order figured out and the food came out in less than 8 minutes (fair considering my order), and the rewards- oh the rewards! they are simply amazing, would recommend, on occasion.Parking: suboptimal for bikers as there are no places to lock your bike. plenty of places to park and you can do curbside order, and usually a pretty fast drive throughWheelchair accessibility: wheelchair ramps outside... pretty standard, I don 't think the doors automatically open which can cause issue for people trying to enter the building.

Everytime i come to this location, which is very few and in between..i am pulled up and made to wait, then served time expired burgers that have hard crusty buns and meat that resembles leather material.. if you're going to make customers pull forward or into spots to wait on food.. at least have the decency to serve freshly made food... serve food that YOU yourself would consume or feed to your family and im speaking to the manager and employees...
