Contribuiți la feedbackWe made the open table reservation and 1 hour before I got a call to say that those for renovations were closed, had to scramble to find another restraunt to go. I wasn't impressed. if they knew that they would be closed open table should have been updated.
The restaurant was closed for renovation. the open table took the reservation. Imagine my surprise when we arrive to find the restaurant closed.
Delicious hollandaise on very fresh English muffins and a third egg with not deep roasted hash brews made the eggs benedict more pleasant than other well-known breakfast places. the staff was very attentive to coffee and water fillings. behind the restaurant there are plenty of parking.
Thursday 3rd October 2019 lunchtime and decided to visit an old hunting restaurant, a part of my life many years ago. when I entered the decor was not the same and the restaurant seats had changed significantly what it was many years ago. A...polite young lady greeted me and pointed me to my table, showed me the numerous menu options as well as the daily specialties and weeping list and daily specialties. she returned with water and asked for a corn bark sandwich for which the restaurant was famous at that time. I was not disappointed as it was a taste of the time in the paradies. absolutely excellent.
We were excited to have a nice dinner out and ordered the New York and ribeye steaks. Unfortunately, the steaks were very thin and lacking in flavor. My medium ribeye was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The fish and chips were overcooked in the fryer and the beef dinner was just average. The Caesar salad and flapper pie were the highlights of the meal. The service was okay, but overall, our group of five ladies were unimpressed and likely won't be returning to this restaurant.
