Contribuiți la feedbackWe placed an online order at 6:44 pm on 30 Nov 20 and were given an estimate of 75 minutes for delivery, which was acceptable. At 8:30 pm, there was still no sign of our order, so we called the KFC inquiry line to ask about where our order was. We were left on hold for almost 15 minutes with no answer (or delivery) forthcoming, so we decided to look up the restaurant’s number and inquire with them directly. When we finally got a hold of them, they told us that our order was there and waiting for us. When we inquired about why it hadn’t been delivered yet, there seemed to some initial confusion about whether it was supposed to be delivered and, after a pause, we were then told that it would be “on the next batch out.” We made a second call to the restaurant about where our order was at 9:15 pm, 30 minutes after the first inquiry was made and, after asking when our order was due to arrive, were hung up on. We tried to make three successive calls, the first never being answered and the second and third ringing busy. I was then obliged to go to the restaurant in person to demand an answer about our meal and why it was never delivered. When I arrived, I and was again greeted with confusion over needing to be delivered. After determining that this was a complete waste of time, I demanded my money back, but was told that because it was an online order the best they could do for me was refund the delivery and tip. Finally, at approx. 9:35 pm, almost three hours after it was originally ordered, and almost 90 minutes after the original delivery estimate, I finally had my order—which I had to pick up myself. Suffice to say, thus is totally and absolutely unacceptable. We paid for delivery, with the expectation that our supper would at least be close to being on time. We have never been so dissatisfied with KFC after in all of the years that we’ve ordered from them and would sooner have our eyeballs taken out with a spoon than give these people any more of our business.
KFC used to advertise 13 herbs and spices. had KFC tonight for the first time in a long time. Most bland and small pieces in the industry. What the hell happened to 13 herbs and spices. The product now is horrible. Until they advertise having 13 herbs and spices and deliver a flavorful and substantial product (sparrows have bigger legs) I'm a none customer.NOTE- This review does no, necessarily reflect a particular restaurant but the national product that Kernel Saunders would be disgusted to be related to.
Untrained, rude and very greasy and slightly undercooked in my opinion..stay away.You will regret spending your cash..
All staff are great and friendly! Chicken is so nice evrything is great on this store. I dont know why most people here put bad comments on this review. People nowadays wants free my goodness lol! All staff in this store is working as hard just to make us happy. All my friends loves everything in this store. Salute to this store!
This KFC use to be so good, friendly staff, never any problems. I have gone there 3 times now over the past few months and it has been bad every time. Tonight was the 3rd time they say they had no white meat, when today Tuesday when the special is dark meat. How can you run out of white meat, when most would be buying the dark today. Plus is 530 pm. Wont be back ever, I think there must be new owners, staff is all different.
