The dining room and drive through were closed but I had a really good experience here for the first time in a long time. The lady taking my order was a little challenging to understand with our language barrier but she was friendly, fast, and she understood what I was saying just fine. The food was fresh and very neatly prepared and our blizzards were made perfectly. It was nice to see that giving this place another chance was well worth the risk.

I want to express my gratitude for the replacement cake. We are truly pleased with the outcome of the new cake. Not only does it taste great, but it was also thoughtful of them to ensure our satisfaction with the result. Therefore, I've upgraded my rating from one star to five stars, as they took the time to communicate with us about what went wrong. We look forward to making things right. However, I was very disappointed with the birthday cake I ordered for my own celebration. The cake had barely any vanilla ice cream and was mostly chocolate, which is not how a Dairy Queen ice cream cake should be. I've purchased many in the past, as it’s a family tradition for us every year. Spending $40.99 on a cake that we didn’t like at all has left us feeling quite disappointed. If it were possible to return it for a refund, I would have, given our dissatisfaction. Additionally, the message on the cake wasn't written in the color I requested when placing the order online. It seems that this location doesn’t prepare their cakes the same way as other places, and this was our second disappointing experience here. I’m afraid I won’t be purchasing ice cream cakes from this location again.

This restaurant is fantastic! The manager is incredibly friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my experience. Initially, there was an issue with my order, but the manager quickly rectified it and ensured I received exactly what I wanted. The burger was amazing, and the Blizzards were absolutely delicious. Thanks a lot; I'll definitely be coming back!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They promptly corrected my order, and the manager was exceptionally courteous throughout the process. I truly appreciate their efforts, and I believe the staff deserves recognition for their outstanding work.

I loved going to this place personally for years, but obviously it was disturbed by the Kovidenschlag. However, they are on Skip and we were able to order from them at 1 o'clock (which is great as all the other locations I had available closed at 11 o'clock).
