Cavern - Edmonton

I don't even know where to begin! I received a Cheese School gift certificate for Christmas and finally used it this March.

It's easy to miss on 104 street, but just a few steps down, you'll find a cozy, warm space surrounded by soft lighting and gorgeous brick wall.

Multiple places were closed, so accidentally ended up at Cavern and it was a pleasant surpriseThe owner was very friendly and very accommodating.

Had some friends coming over for wine and needed some amazing cheeses, and Cavern delivered so well! Four different styles of cheeses, four different flavors… All of them intensely delicious and Paired beautifully with the wines selected for the night. Best cheese in a while.

Love it! The owner is awesome, and they know their stuff!!!<br/ <br/ They supply bread and cheese to Bar Bricco, and everything is so good!!! <br/ <br/ Best place to come for bread cheese!
