Burrito Libre Fresh Southwest

Fresh food and friendly staff. It's always clean too. The only downside is they don't allow you to use the washrooms because of previous incidents with other customers.

Let me tell you that these people make everything from scratches and fresh... trust me... just try this place and you will compare the difference of foods with Subway and other Burrito place as nothing here is frozen all fresh

The staff here are very fast, which can mean the quality of your burrito is sacrificed. Get the bowl to avoid that issue, and end up with an inexpensive, healthy, and filling lunch!

Ordering is rushed, with servers over eager to add everything, even when there are zero other customers, necessitating you repeating what you do/do not want in your burrito. Portions are small. Also, this restaurant has a language barrier issue with some employees speaking little English, which can be frustrating when trying to convey your order. Management seems to not care, as this feedback has been very politely passed along with no reply. I inquired by phone as to whether or not they deliver? Which took about 10 minutes of clarifying due to the language issue, & was then put through to "the office", who informed me I needed to order 2 days in advance ... yeeaahhh, that's just not happening. When I pointed out how inconvenient that was, & it would make me order elsewhere the response was that it was just how it is there. Um, maybe hire a delivery service??!?

Crew are "cold" as if you are asking favor for buying in their store. Limited selection of ingredients and servings are small. Presentation is poor, ingredients cramped in small box. Not recommended.
