At Big Daddy you'll pay $10-$12 for a sandwich, but it's huge!! I ate half and thought the rest later, or I needed an afternoon snack....
I went there with three friends and only one ended his whole meal. I told the owner that it was the best sub I ever had{ Turkey Club sub} Also the soup and pop for $3.95 and the soup was great. The sandwiches were huge. I had two meals at the price of one.
My first time here and so happy we decided to stop for a quick lunch. We tried the chicken salad sandwich loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, spices, and pepper. Thank you for the recommendation - not only was it tasty, but it was also huge! This small sandwich shop serves up big sandwiches with excellent service.
I stumbled upon a gem! My Garmin directed me to a small strip mall while I was on the hunt for breakfast. Surprisingly, there were two restaurants in the mall that I didn't know about. The door of my original destination was locked, as it didn't open until 9 am. However, luck was on my side as I spotted the sign for Big Daddy's sandwich and breakfast as I turned back towards my car. The place was small, clean, and charming. I met Philita, the owner, at the cash register - a cheerful and friendly lady. I ordered bacon and eggs for $7.95, which turned out to be a delicious meal. The bacon was crispy, the eggs were real, and the hash browns and toast were just right. I also enjoyed a cup of coffee from a Keurig machine with various flavors to choose from. I only had two days in town, but I visited Big Daddy's yesterday and returned today. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come back tomorrow. I brought a friend along today, and he also loved the place. The breakfast was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Philita goes above and beyond to ensure her customers feel welcome and satisfied. She even makes her own soups. It may not be fancy, but it's definitely a great spot for breakfast. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!
