A&W - Edmonton

Normally I love A & W but whenever I've ordered from this location the food isn't as good as it is at the Manning location.

A&W should be familiar to most people so not sure what to say. On the day we went the staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a coupon so received a full feed for two at the price one would pay expect to pay for one person at a cheap restaurant. The food came fast and the fries were in those personalized fryer looking baskets like the ones you get at McDonalds when you order the fancy custom Angus burger.

Some of the staffs are rude, some jokes are not funny.Learn to read bodylanguage you are in a customer service industry.Honestly trashy employeeCant recommend this locationCall me!

This location is awful. I walked in, got looked at as I walked up then as I said “Hi” to order, I get “can you give me a moment?” so lady can tap her screen.I get that this location prob gets some rougher folk around the edges, but Jesus, I am here to pay you money for fast food. Learn some customer service give off half a smile.

I stepped into this location last week. Food okay and staff too few. The tables were not cleaned and the bathroom was horrid. The toilet paper roll was laying sideways on the floor, the urinal was a mess as well. The wall was covered in some dark streaks all over. Especially under the hand dryer. Their head office needs to check the locations and keep quality in check. Id give it two or three stars but their mens room always pulls them down at this location.
