Tried the seasonal apple w/ oat milk latte, so good!

They close at 8:00 pm. Had no coffee brewed at 6:40. They said they don’t brew after 6:30. How does a coffee shop sell coffee if they don’t brew any? I asked another location and it’s policy to brew every 30 minutes. What gives Jasper gates.They offered a pour over. 400$ per month spend at Starbucks going to come to an end.Condescending service as well. ByeeeeSecond time similar at this location.

Horrible! Ordered a large pineapple Passionfruit refresher with lemode and what I received was completely different and looked inedible on the bottom it was pure water which was red in colour and I was able to see some dragonfruit pieces in that even though I didn’t order any dragon fruit in my drink also there was not a single ice cube inside and 30% of cup was filled with a weird foam on top which seemed to be a mixture of crushed fruits.. really wasted my time and money!Awful location avoid!

Today, Saturday at 10:45am in SB Jasper Gates, Just a quick drop by to get myself and my daughter our favorite caramel ribbon crunch drink. Then there’s this young guy (crew who took our order. He’s so polite, so kind and very friendly. I didn’t get the chance to take his name but he’s tall narrow eyes. I don't know but he looks Korean or Chinese or Japanese : way to go young buddy! You’re doing a great job there hun!Kid friendliness: my daughter is just amazed at the crew who took our order. she said that he was so friendly.

I ordered two coffee boxes to treat the teachers. I placed the order the day before and called in the morning on the day of pick-up. I was assured over the phone that my order was ready, just 10 minutes before I arrived. The supplies were all nicely packaged as well. Thank you for the excellent service!
