Made By Marcus 82nd Ave - Edmonton

Love the ice cream flavors, occasionally a tad too sweet, but the service often times is VERY disappointing. I understand the frustration of working service jobs, but most of the time I go they make you feel bad when ordering because of how downright miserable they seem to be serving you. Could be better.

I came in to their whyte avenue location around last week, to get their goat milk salted caramel ice cream, which is delicious. As usual, the workers were mediocre at best, extremely rude, setting an all time low for customer service. Just awful. I can’t imagine why anyone would be unhappy working at such a beautiful store. Pleasant atmosphere, yet the workers act as if they are in some kind of mind prison. Is Marcus the prison warden? Laughable and ridiculous. Do better Marcus, I don’t like what you’ve made

I discovered this hidden gem when I arrived in Edmonton for the first time. Tucked away in a small alley, this ice cream shop is a must-visit. The homemade waffle cones are incredible and the selection of flavors, some of which are unique but delicious, is impressive. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded in the evenings and on weekends, leading to a longer wait for your ice cream. However, the quality of the ice cream is so good that I still give this place five stars. And don't forget, they also sell pints of ice cream for you to take home.

I really like the Whyte ave location the most out of all the made by marcus stores. The walls and area make it feel like your going into a hole in the wall!Ice cream wise there's honestly alot of odd flavours at made by marcus. The highlight for me is anything made with the honey comb. The texture of it is really tasty with the choclate or even the lavender.

Such kind staff! Today was my second day in Edmonton and my sister brought me here due to all their amazing flavours. After we picked our flavours went to pay, one of the staff let us know that their wifi was acting up and we ended up getting our ice creams for free! Both of the ladies working were so so kind and the ice cream was DELICIOUS! Thank you both for such the wonderful experience:
