Taco Rico - Edmonston

Got birria, steak tortas, pupusas, and guac. Birria and steak tortas were exceptional. Spicy, savory, peppery, dark flavors. Hearty portions. The consomé was crazy flavor full with an intense depth of flavor. The torta roll was a bit spotty but we got it take out so I won't count that against them. The veggies were fresh with plenty of bite and pop to them. The guac and pupusas were excellent sides. Guac was a bit peppery but I like that and it it's fresh tomatoes and onions in it. Not all places do that but it's how I like my guac so was pleasantly surprised. The pupusas themselves were crisp with a savory and slightly sweet flavor. Really excelled with the curtido. Inside is colorful and the staff are busy and focused. I had to wait for my food but I got to see the food go from prep, to grill, to me which was a treat. sorry if I seemed like I was staring. The cooks were good, looked like they are preparing 10-12 orders. I must say I didn't care for their refried beans but I don't think they were bad just not my style. The flavor was good. Got a side of rice and it was good. Salsa verde and rojas came with the meal and they were fine. Parking: Small parking lot, side street parking was limited

The truth is I like tacos ? but I didn't like them here at all the truth is they are tasteless they gave me a lemon ? bitter and old matches from being split the scams the taco cuisine is not for everyone

As a Californian who misses real Mexican food, this place is great! The tacos and burritos were delicious.

The food is super delicious plus the tacos ? ? ? of tongue 100 percent recommended are the best
