Texlahoma Bbq - Edmond

Delicious brisket, but the ribs were lackluster as was the highly touted barbecue sauce. The sauce was delicious, but very watery. The ribs were dry rub not saucy and while the meat came off the bone easily enough, I've had tastier. The brisket is the star of the show, not sure what they do to it, but it's definitely amazing. A wonderful char on the outside, fat rendered down just perfectly and the flavors stand on their own without need for a sauce.

Very disappointed. My last visit the brisket was fair and the beans were spoiled. Today I went in and as the owner was tak8ng my order I informed him of my experience over the weekend. He apologized nice) today I ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, fries and mild sauce. Disappointed again! Even after I was asked hot or mild sauce the sauce was not with my order. Dried pulled pork sandwiches . I am fair and understand a bad day in BBQ but when I paid $28 for lunch an I am sorry is not gonna do! Two thumbs down

Really delicious bbq their brisket is legit and I really like their ribs.. But can we take a minute to acknowledge THEY DONT HAVE COBBLER!!!! Like when you get BBQ it’s a requirement to have some sort of cobbler!! They have prepackaged cookies and brownies.. Sides are decent. BBQ is absolutely the best in Edmond tho. So it sucks because sometimes I will sacrifice having good BBQ so I can get some cobbler too. We would definitely eat here more if they had it. GET COBBLER GUYSSSSS!!!!!!!!
