Starbucks - Edmond

The food is good, the frappucinos are amazing, but I had employees laughing at me the entire time my husband and I were their. All bc I'm a big girl eating healthy. Nice.

They have super friendly staff making everything from coffee, Frappuccino, to chai and other flavored teas. The store is always clean and the food is good too. They have mobile ordering too.

Don?t be in a hurry if you go inside. There was only one person in front of me; yet seven behind the counter. After ten minutes with a reminder that my drink was not ready, it was finally made.

Going to stop coming to this Starbucks. I order the same drink every time and ask for extra caramel drizzle and they never put any. This morning I was there around 7 am. I asked the girl nicely if they could make sure they put the extra caramel in my drink be hard usually they put NONE. She said ok she?d make sure. I pull up to the window and she is whispering to the guy making my drink. She hands me my drink with a little bit of caramel and EXTRA COLD FOAM falling out of the lid everywhere. She said ?I made sure they added the extra foam for you!? And proceeded to laugh. Mam that?s not what I asked for and why would anyone want extra foam coming out of their lids?! It?s a bunch of high schoolers working here. I will continue to go to the Starbucks on 15th and broadway from now on.

I used my Starbucks app and pre-ordered my coffee to take away. My coffee was ready when I arrived it was exactly what I ordered a very pleasant experience!
