Chick-fil-a - Edmond

Chick-Fil-A is unbeatable! That's all there is to say. However, I do have one request: could you consider offering a 15-count option? The 12-count is gone in no time, while the 20-count is just too much for me. I hope this can be fixed by my next visit!

The fry container is never filled to the top, but aside from that, everything is great!

I really enjoy visiting this Chick-fil-A for a number of reasons, but the main one is the employees. They genuinely care about ensuring you’re satisfied with your food before you leave. One of my favorite people to see at the register is Jackson. I know he’ll get my food to me quickly, make sure I have everything I need, and confirm that I’m happy with my meal before I go. Jackson works tirelessly and is clearly a tremendous support, not just for customers but for his fellow coworkers as well. He’s an excellent leader and treats everyone he meets with kindness.

If you decide to dine inside, don’t expect prompt assistance at the register, especially if there’s no one in front of you. The junior staff often overlook customers. I only received help when a manager eventually came out from the back. As for the food, it’s decent compared to other locations, but they tend to cook the chicken a bit longer, making it tougher and darker than what you might find at the location near the interstate.
