Yin Traditional Hot Pot - Edison

First time at this hot pot place and loving it. The food is fresh and plenty of soup base choices to choose from, as well as the spicy level. Beverages are help-yourself style, just like the sauce, which is good in my opinion. Servers are attentive so empty plates won't clutter as new food come in. It was a great dining experience overall. Highly recommend this place !

Food was average. Very very pricy. They make you pay extra for the special broth PER PERSON AT THE TABLE PER BROTH. Doesn’t make any sense.

I would give ZERO star if I could. To all the waiter and waitress in this location, if you don’t wanna work, go home. We eat out for pleasure not to bear with your attitude. All you can eat, they give you 3 pieces of lunch meat for 7 people. You have to keep ordering and ordering and ordering and they’re just so slow and they don’t even add soup for you, they let your pot run dry. Don’t go there, it’s just not worth it.

It's definitely the best hot pot and spicy pot restaurant in central Jersey. I am glad that they started the AYCE options. The dishes are well prepared with high quality.

This is expensive hotpot but I'm glad we came. We ordered the AYCE about $30ish a person. So it includes the meats, sides, broth, and water, lemonade, and sweet tea. The greens were fresh and the mild spicy broth were fine so that's a major plus. There is a charge if you don't finish all or most of your food. Just use your best judgment. The blood wasn't good. The decor was very beautiful though. Enjoy.
