Woops! Macarons (menlo Park Mall)

First of all, the macarons are delicious and fresh. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service and professionalism displayed by Teja. He was attentive and offered great recommendations for trying different macarons. He also introduced me to a rewards system I wasn’t aware of, along with a QR code linked to their menu for online orders and reviews. Teja's work ethic is exemplary, and he genuinely cares about his customers. I returned to the stand on November 12th after purchasing a suit for an interview. That day, I noticed he was wearing a Woops shirt and the stand was quite busy. Despite the rush, he continued to provide the same first-class service to other customers. He greeted everyone with a smile, and many took the time to chat with him, just as I did. It’s clear that hiring the right person consistently yields positive results, and that's exactly what happened here. I even reached out to Swathi and her husband to commend the level of customer service and the overall maintenance of the Woops stand. Everything was clean, the display was well-stocked with macarons, and it certainly caught the attention of many customers. I suggested they keep Teja on board and consider promoting him to a managerial position, along with a pay raise to reflect his strong work ethic.

I always liked the Macarons here. this time was greeted by Teja and he let us taste a new chocolate that I and my daughter loved, always a good hold for some treat.

They are always very friendly and offer new flavors. Customer service is excellent and the treats are also delicious. definitely coming back here
