Terramar Brewing Distilling - Edison

Made the trip to Bow with a group of coworkers and friends, all of us service industry folk. About a dozen of us all together. There was plenty of seating for our group in the back patio, even on a busy Sunday afternoon! I started with a taster flight,followed by their extra tap which was a special saison. I loved every single beer that I tried. Rice lager was one of the bestI?ve ever had. The Salish Sea Saison is AMAZING, so we just put it on draft at our work, Banter After Hours. A few of us hadpizza and also gave the bourbon and gin a taste. Seriously, everything was top notch good. The service was entertaining,friendly quick, too. Great spot to check out if you?re in Bow!! There are plenty of seating options available: medium-sized rooms, a small deck, a large backyard, a covered patio, and a couple of small private rooms, ensuring that everyone can find a comfortable spot. The beverage menu is quite extensive. We sampled a couple of beers and were thoroughly impressed. We also ordered a pizza to share, which was excellent. Be cautious of the $2 fee for a small 2 oz side of ranch dressing! It was a bit surprising, and I wish we had been informed beforehand that we would be charged $6 for a few sides of ranch. Aside from that, the food and cocktail selection were excellent. A nice bonus is that it's dog-friendly!

Our expectations were truly surpassed! The gluten-free chicken bacon ranch pizza, topped with homemade ranch dressing, was an absolute 10/10. My husband also rated the six-pour beer flight a perfect 10/10, thanks to its excellent beer quality, diverse selection, and variety. The gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust was wonderfully fluffy. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting, with plenty of seating available both indoors and outdoors.

Outstanding pizza! We sampled the Margherita, Elote, and Pepperoni pizzas, plus the Kale Salad and Gose Sour beer. The whole wheat sourdough crust was truly exceptional! The tomatoes on the Margherita pizza were delightful and cooked just right. The Elote pizza was amazing, and the pepperoni was of excellent quality. I highly recommend this place; the prices are very reasonable for such top-quality food.
