Sushi Palace - Edison

The Any 3 Favorite Rolls Lunch Special is an amazing deal. Very fresh and tasty sushi. The yellowtail jalapeno roll was especially good. The salmon rolls were also stellar.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the only issue is that the portion size of the "roll" has decreased from 8 pieces to 6. It's not enough to fill you up anymore. I was extremely disappointed by this change, but the taste is still fantastic.

I began ordering from this restaurant when the pandemic began. It has been some time, but the quality has declined. The miso soup was too sweet for my liking. The shrimp tempura roll seemed to be cooked in old oil. The edamame was a bit stale and not fresh. I may give them another chance, but if the food remains the same, I will have to look for a different sushi place.

I was disappointed with the BBQ Squid at this restaurant. It's usually my favorite dish, but the one here was a major let down. The Crispy Calamari was just okay; not amazing. The Spicy Crab was fine, but nothing special or outstanding.

I loved seeing the variety of vegan sushi rolls on the menu. My favorite is the tofu skin and avocado roll. I also tried the vegetable yaki udon stir fry. The flavors were good, but I wish they would add tofu to the dish.
