Panera Bread - Edison

Has to be the worst panera in NJ. Just shut it down and open a trader Joe's or something.

This Panera was great in the beginning Now very disappointed My order came wrong again Drive through doesn?t work due to lack of staff Whoever is the owner of this franchise should be on top of things Many people complaining inside waiting for their orders

Confusing menu and charges... A while lot different than earlier Panera ordering.. they messed up big time !!

Worst consistent service of any Panera in NJ. I have been to this drive through many times and I can honestly say they are easily the slowest as in you have to wait in your car in line sometimes like 15 minutes before getting your food. There?s alwaysitems missing in my order or they get the sizes wrong. Today I made the mistake of not checking my order as soon as they handedit to me and when I got home I noticed there was no chicken in one of the salads and the other was missing the dressing which iswhat ties this salad together. I tried to call to maybe have someone deliver the missing items considering I paid for them andof course nobody answers the phone and it?s so frustrating. Panera the chain is not bad but this specific location is garbage.Avoid frustration and go somewhere else.
