Edison Pizza Italian

We really enjoy Edison Pizza; it’s one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the area. Their pizza and overall food quality are fantastic. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some significant service issues recently. On our last visit, we had to leave because we were tired of waiting for our waitress. Next time, we'll opt for takeout. The Chicken Parmesan is one of my favorite dishes, and their salads are exceptional. Even the bread served with the roasted garlic dipping oil is delicious. They use Boar's Head cold cuts for their sandwiches, which is a nice touch. Their pizza is among the best in the region, made with fresh ingredients and served in generous portions. The restaurant is clean, and there's ample free parking available.

The margherita pizza was just average. The sauce didn’t have much flavor, although it was a thin-crust style pizza. I prefer a sweeter sauce, so if that's not your preference, you might find it more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the garlic knots didn't impress us at all. My husband is a fan of garlic knots, but we wouldn’t recommend ordering them here. The Greek pizza bowl was our favorite dish of the night. I do wish it had come with sauce and some baked crust alongside it. Overall, it’s just an average pizza place.

Wow, this place has really improved! I hadn't ordered from here in years, but I decided to give it another try and the chicken scampi was fantastic! Plus, the garlic bread was an entire loaf. If the quality stays this good, I'll definitely be ordering again. The price is a little on the high side, possibly because of a delivery fee, but honestly, it’s worth it!

We really liked our waitress, Alyssa. She was so sweet and gave great recommendations. The wings were so great that I would highly recommend them. The gnocchi was a little overcooked but still okay.

My First time visiting Edison Pizza, and I must say I had an Outstanding experience; the food is top notch, the customer service is great. Definitely the Place to eat from now on, they will see me often, they have made a regular customer of me. Five Stars.
