Dduk Dabang - Edison

Their topokki tastes incredible, especially their brisket rose. I have been here twice and crave this at least once a week. The medium size is perfect for 2 people and the price is pretty cheap for what comes in it. I love how theres noodles, dumplings, and meat in it. I hope they open more locations in north jersey!

The entire service was out of this world! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even helped me when I went to the shop next door! Absolutely will be returning.

Extremely delicious restaurant within the HMart in Edison, NJ. I gotta say, to start, the Tteok-bokki was outstanding. Long and really delicious plus spicy too which also was a great touch. The egg, with the dumpling, the noodles, everything else was a really great addition to the big meal plus the beef. The beef tasted a bit undercooked however, wasn’t a big deal. Service here also was fantastic, the guy that took the order was really sweet and delightful which was really nice. Nothing really else about that. To say the least about the atmosphere, this restaurant is located within a grocery store, as expected of course, loud and very spacious, however, a ton of seating, your basically somewhat guaranteed a spot if you come with you and one other person, bigger families, it may be a bit tougher. Overall, this restaurant in the HMart was definetly incredible and had a lot too it, I definetly believed the chefs in the back went above and beyond to create such a delicious dish. I was absolutely recommend this spot to people coming.

I went because the visuals were similar to Youth Cafe and the ratings were really good, but honestly, I think it's a bit far from Korean taste. It tastes like Americanized tteokbokki. I ordered the non-spicy version, but it tasted almost bland. It must have been boiled for a long time, so the rice cakes and ramen came out completely swollen… The udon that came with it was neither ramen nor udon, but a fusion flavor… The batter for the fries is too thick and tough ㅠㅠ… Maybe I had too high expectations...;; It's a little disappointing.
