The prices here are quite high, and it's essentially the only option for a meal aside from vending machines. It seems likely that the rent is inflated, which is then reflected in the costs passed on to consumers who have no other choices.

The food is quite good, though on the pricey side. The pastries are really delicious, especially if you visit earlier in the day. However, the staff can be a bit inconsistent; some are quite knowledgeable while others seem a bit clueless.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating while I was using a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The customer service was outstanding, and the food preparation area was tidy and well-kept.

I hadn't visited Au Bon Pain in years, but since I was in the area, I decided to pop in and enjoy some of my favorites. I ordered a plain bagel and a chicken Caesar wrap, both of which were delicious. However, I deducted one star because the wrap had way too much dressing—it was over the top and dripping everywhere. I had to open the wrap and take out some of the extra dressing myself, which was a bit inconvenient. Once I did that, though, it was fantastic. The service was quick and friendly.
