Zucca Edinburgh

Excellent restaurant venu for pre usher hall or lyceum performance.

We eat in zucca because we come to the theater (by glasgow) and we need somewhere reliable and convenient to eat. the carpaccio is great, but the tables for two are a bit small. but we will come back.

Not as busy as expected at the silvester, but we ate early! many choices for coeliac diners and very accommodating via vegan options even happy to offer something not on the actual menu.

We enjoyed the meal, especially the Sharing plate. the staff was efficient and friendly. there at hogmannay they were very busy and the place had a shimmer about it.

We always enjoy a visit to Zucca, tho it's best to avoid theatre matinee days, when it can get very hectic. The food is good, service pleasant and helpful and it is particular good value with the Groupon voucher. The Affogato is the best.
