Contribuiți la feedbackAesthetically this place is great. I love the big windows and the wooden table. loading natural light and space. good menu with sufficient pizza selection and a good selection of desert for those with a sweet tooth. we had a margherita and shared it between 3. normally they run a deal where they can order 2 discs for £3, but they do not run it during the festival. dissaponting, as they still apply. on a positive note, pizza are fired and taste absolutely brilliant! the personal was friendly and prompt when we asked about the bill. a great place to take friends to casual lunch / dinner.
This place is a little tricky to find as it is in the quartermile, but it is worth looking for outside. nice, unfussy scandi chic is with a quiet location to create a peaceful culinary experience. the staff could have been a bit more attentive, but they were friendly enough when I got their attention. I had the anchovy pizza (the kaper holding) with a glass rosé whilr my companion for smoked feta and aubergine with a glass red. eating was absolutely delicious, I still dream of this pizza 12 hours later. light, crispy basic with exactly the right mixture of crumbs and chew. also with melt in the mouth sardels to knock. in short, if they love pizza, they give this place...read more
I had been meaning to try Soderberg since it opened earlier this year. Soderberg creates its own sourdough and uses it to make some delicious food. Their speciality for the evening service is pizza (which can be bought by the slice at lunch). Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly waiter. He said I could sit myself outside and he would bring me a menu. The outside seating is very relaxed and is in a nice little square hidden within the Quartermile complex. I ordered an apple juice, which was solely pressed apples. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly refreshing. I plumped for the asparagus and hollandaise pizza I had never had a sourdough pizza before but I am sold. The base...read more
Was in here for lunch the other day and was always putting it off because the thought of sourdough for a pizza base just sounded quiet odd for a pizza As it turns out, that was something I shouldn't have been so afraid of. Their pizza base with their tart sauce just works so well. Their ingredients are fresh and top notch. They offer two pizzas a day, a meat one and a vegetarian one, of course you can customise them too Their pizza is maybe closer to a 4/5 but their odd service is what dings them. Similar to their cafe Peter's Yard, it's just an odd experience. At Soderberg, they take you to your table, then after you decide which of the two pizza's you want, you head up to the till...read more
This was my first visit to Söderberg and I was impressed by the delicious coffee and cake they offer. The presentation of the place is very well done, the staff is friendly, and the cakes are beautiful. My son gave his cinnamon bun a rating of 8 out of 10. I enjoyed my coffee and the chocolate ball I had chopped myself was very tasty.
