Soderberg - Edinburgh

Baked Goods: The pistachio mazarin was stunning, beautifully baked, and delicious. However, the almond paste overshadowed the pistachio cream. The Swedish blueberry vanilla buns (blåbärsbullar) were also fantastic, though they would benefit from a slightly more pronounced blueberry flavor.

I had a fantastic Americano, along with the delicious roasted cauliflower cheese, tomato pesto, and basil sandwiches – absolutely yum! I topped it all off with a vanilla and blueberry Danish. I would definitely give this place a 5-star rating!

The restaurant features beautiful decor and a lot of enthusiasm, but I'm not completely convinced that their brownies stand out from the rest. Overall, I think it’s a nice café with friendly staff.

A very nice local coffee shop. beautiful ambiente and efficient service. the latte I had was tasty and the cookie was great. all at a fairly normal price for morningside, which is a somewhat more expensive area for all coffee shops in edinburgh.
