Pizza Hut Restaurants Edinburgh Hanover St

I went to the restaurant expecting a lunch buffet, only to find out that it wasn't available because of short staff. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes before being informed.

Me and my partner pop in when it had just open at 11. The staff were so kind and didn't mind that we had suit cases. they had not cook the pizzas yet...

Ordered my daughter a Margarita pizza it came without cheese... Just a base with burnt Purée, Couldn't make this up Supppsedly its ordered often?...

Took over an hour to arrive, arrived with hardly any topping and was stone cold. Tried phoning repeatedly the branch(stockbridge) no answer twice and...

Newington took an hour to deliver and the pizza wasn't even cooked after all that time! I suggest going to Domino's instead.
