Pizza Hut - Edinburgh

It has been a long time since we have been distorted in the pizza hut, but I have to say that this place was brilliant, especially thanks to a certain employee rebecca. she was attentive, polite and always cared for us. I hope pizza hut has a reward scheme for the staff because it was amazing. we will be 100% comeback and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Top-class customer service! I brought two of my children to lunch with a friend last week. my son, who has a lot of food aversions, was annoyed, as his favorite pizza wasn't ready yet. the waitress, tiegan, was beautiful and let us know when she was brought out so he could get something before it was taken by others. After he had eaten these slices, he waited patiently again for another who could be brought out. tiegan made the manager, senga, attentive to my son, and as he waited I suspected that this was to let us know that it came out, but senga went over and beyond and brought him over the entire pizza. it may not be a big thing for others, but my little boy will remember their quality forever. they are both great asses for the pizza hat team, I hope they get a recognition

Once we arrived at the restaurant, the waitress offered to take our order directly or we could use the app. We opted to order directly, and I must say, the waitress was fantastic with the kids and also very accommodating to the three adults in our group. The food was quite good! I had a thin-crust pizza that was excellent, while the kids and their parents enjoyed a variety of dishes that they all loved. The children really knew how to navigate the menu, as did all the other kids around us. The background music was just right—not too loud, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful evening at Pizza Hut, and I would definitely go back!

The food was excellent, and our server was incredibly patient, especially considering he had to manage five 8- to 9-year-olds.

The restaurant was very crowded, so I had to wait a bit. I ordered the hot meat BBQ, along with a side of chicken nuggets and a bottle of water.
