The server louise was brilliant! Helped me with all my requirements and was very presentable and professional. Credit to her!

The cashier Louise is not a good fit for this position. I had to wait 15 minutes to place my order and then another 10 minutes just to receive my single express. Many customers behind me ended up leaving due to the wait.

The staff are always amazing and super helpful! Petra and Marilyn both made our visit incredibly enjoyable and kept us feeling safe and appreciated as customers

I attended today to get a coffee or something when out with friends. When I asked about sugar free the girl behind the counter became most defensive and stated she did not know what was free or not. I find this appalling, I am diabetic with blood sugar issues and I cannot have sugar I'm my diet. I expect staff to be knowledgable. Luckily a fellow diabetic advised me what to have and even she said the sugar free stuff on offer is poor and staff knowledge is always poor...c'mon Starbuck get better.

I visit this Starbucks almost every week. The staff is fast and efficient, taking my order promptly. Although I have never eaten or drank inside, the seating seems a little cramped. I would suggest trying their Frappuccinos.
