West End - Edinburgh, City of

We were not really here, but came out of the next door for a drink and it was great. they played great songs while we had a few beers and watched the end of the foot. well maintained atmosphere, banging melodies and friendly staff. I would probably... come and stay here if I came back to edinburgh

I really like this hotel. personal friendly and they work under pressure. I usually go after the rugby. I wanted a quiet drink. it was quiet, but nice to get away from the delusion of the edinburgh festival. you really have to give it. try to make them eat what I tried in the past. this is such a hidden gem.

We're here to eat last night. the signs outside and the whole bathroom said dinner for Thursdays free days, but when we were asked that the signs were wrong and there was no such deal. our last night we were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful. that means the service was fast and the food was really nice. I'd eat here in a way. it was still cheap enough, but if there were no such offers available, I would recommend to change all posters over the place cleaned, or it could seem like a villain to get people. the music last night was also good, the girl was an amazing singer.

A beer and a burger needed before they drove to the rugby, fell in here. bright, high ceiling bar room with BIG TVs that show sport, saw themselves as basic for stag/hen events. the service at the bar was good, the menu choice was mainly burger. these. became quite fast and were of good quality and very favorable. total positive impression and will go another.

I waited for almost ten minutes to be served and it was not a busy time. The woman who served me was disinterested, rude and also got my bill incorrect!!! I was surprised that for such a decent looking hotel that the staff would be...so very impolite and poorly presented. I also over-heard a loud female staff member making crude remarks about one of her colleagues, which was clearly in ear shot to guests! Both myself and several other customers heard everything. It was a terrible experience and I feel management and colleagues should be made aware of their very disrespectful and rude members of staff!
