Starbucks - Edinburgh, City of

Seriously had the best cup of Starbucks coffee I've ever had this morning. An unexpected surprise! On the rest of the trip this location has always been friendly and it's very convenient. I would recommend to locals and travelers.

Good service, fast and efficient. Clean and lots of seating, they also serve vegan sandwiches.

I never had any problems at this Starbucks before, until the last day. I was served by a guy who was quite rude (his name started with B, but I prefer not to say his name). He overcharged me, and, when I let him know, he started having a patronising attitude, showing me the ticket as if this was the evidence that he was right (which is absurd). I then told him that the prices on the screen were different, and he continued to deny it. Luckily, his co-worker showed up and proved me right. B had been wrong all along. B didn't apologise or acknowledged his error; he just let out an exasperated sigh, as if this whole thing was my fault.

The Coffee was as good as always when I order at Starbucks. It's a bigger place with lots of places to sit. Friendly staff and everything was clean
