Had a chicken wrap from here and suffered from food poisoning for 2 days after. Had to cancel a holiday i had booked because i was so unwell. Absolutely certain it was the wrap that caused this as i felt sick almost immediately. Please be careful what you serve your customers, this could have been very serious.

Reliable, cheap and delicious. A friend to many after a big night out, but also a perfect warming and filling lunch on a cold and rainy day.

Average takeaways open, average takeaways close. Palmyra, however, has been on the go for (at least) 15 years, if my maths is correct. The veritable OG of the Edinburgh kebab scene. The GOAT. Tasty kebab and falafel wraps; super pizzas. Exceptional value for money. Quick service. Consistently brilliant for takeaway when you're on the go and seating is available for casual dine-in too. They stay open quite late also, so, yes, occasionally I order in when I return home from work. If this review reads like I'm enthusiastic about Palmyra, it's because I am, because it's brilliant! Thank you Palmyra, for all the tasty kebabs through the years. I'll be seeing you. SOON!

Ordered a 12” pepperoni for the kids dinner whilst on holiday. It was a very nice pizza, lots of cheese, and the base was bursting out the box. Great value at £9.

Last night, I ordered a 16' pizza with chicken, peppers, and pepperoni as well as some garlic bread. I live in a building, and was waiting for Deliveroo to tell me that my food had been delivered, but it never did as Palmyra uses their own delivery driver. So anyways, after an hour, I walk downstairs and find that they have just left my pizza with the security guard in front, so he gives it to me and I walk upstairs. My pizza is small, maybe 10 inches, it only has pepperoni with nothing else and I have no garlic bread. So, I call Palmyra seeking a refund and the owner calls me a liar. He says that fact I didn't get what I ordered is my problem. He cusses me out and I tell him I'll leave a bad review online and report him to Deliveroo, so here we are. I've reported that scammer and now I'm telling you, DO NOT EAT AT PALMYRA. It's staffed by cheats.
