Natural Food Kafe - Edinburgh, City of

The owner is so loudly mouthed and racist I can't believe he's not from the 1800s. apart from cash, food, cigarettes and animal handling without hand washing. (force of 3/4 of our party) I am surprised how high the partitur is (although he has published...positive reviews about himself from face book so that’s ok.

I used the tumble dryer. the caffe was very welcoming, 2 beautiful Sottie dogs and a wee westie sleeping on a sofa. The young man who met me was very charming and welcoming. although not planned, it looked so beautiful that I thought. how nice to enjoy a coffee and cake while the bed linen of my cream is dried. mmmm, that was until I met the owner. the young man directed me down and told me that his father would help me. When I came down, there was a beautiful dame that flushed out and an old kerl sat behind a counter. I asked if I could use the dryer to which he said they were very grumpy and rude. I asked how long they could be available. 40 minutes. to the happiness his son has the charm that his father has missed. the dame looked embarrassing. so I left. even if the coffee was delicious, the laundry area pristine could not comment as it was not close. I would still not go back.

It needed a place to make our laundry and find this jewel. friendly and entertaining host, easy to rinse and dry down while having a coffee (barista and the rest) and eating up in the caffe. also the company of bonnie porridge. and haggis the Scottish terriers. visit them as caffe (and make them wash them when they need), and relax.

Originally I wanted to stay there to do something work, but the old man made fun of my accent and then told me in a way wise that I should leave the country because I did not Scottish “genug”SHOCKED

Popped in here to do some uni work with a friend... if only that were the case. Upon entrance I was instantly profiled as a small brown girl with a feisty personality. Awkward to say the least. He then told me I must get stared...at a lot so of course I assumed he meant because of my charismatic charm, but no it was because you don't get many brown people here I assume by here' he means in natural food kafe, as I struggle to wonder why anyone of colour would want to go here. Overall rating 1/10... the 1 is for the dogs because they were very cute.
