The food was delicious and delivered quickly. I highly recommend this place.

We visit here every time we come to edinburgh. the last time we were here was two years ago and we noticed a big difference this time. eating was amazing, as usual, but the staff was completely away from the feet. we waited very long for everyone to take over our job, to whom the personal apologised when it took over our order and they explained that it was a short employee. we think that our experience in this time was not so good because the bad service was caused by lack of personal.

I would give them zero stars if I could. we have kept coming here after dinner and were very excited. we arrived on time and the waitress was surprised that we had a reservation. she sat down, and it went down from there. we ordered our dessert together with only water to sit down within few minutes. in 30 minutes we were confused to have nothing or even an update. it took 35 minutes to get only our water. at this point we asked for an update to dessert. she went to check and quickly came back and told us it would be 10 minutes. we were buried, that would wait like 45 minutes for a dessert article despite a reservation. when we resisted, she offered to cancel the order without offering to speed it up, not a declaration and not even an apology. unnecessary to say, we accepted the offer, canceled the order and found dessert faster and cheaper elsewhere. this whole experience was an unfortunate waste of time.

Had a confirmed booking at 7pm for Friday 30th. Turned up to be told they were shutting early ….and all bookings had been contacted to cancel. Not acceptable, had travelled into town for this and not even attempted to cancel the booking or contact me beforehand. Funnily enough received an email on mon 2nd thanking me for my visit ?! Very poor service. We ended up going along to haute dolci at st james centre and will now never be back a Coro. From reading other reviews it’s certainly not what it used to be.
