Caffe Nero Edinburgh, Glanville Place

I loved caffe nero, but their standards of cleanliness and friendliness have gone seriously downhill. this morning the Stockbridge branch visited and after complete inconvenience from the barista that served us, we found a table at the back of the caffe. Cleaning...regime at this place is best cursor. thick dust layers on the regal behind us, walls and lacquering are grubby and stained. I did not try to look too closely when I visited the one and only customer toilet. door handles sticky in these covid times completely unacceptable. we didn't hang around and we won't be back.

On Sunday I went through caffe nero, must be caffeine. Although they were quite busy, a young brunette wome my order very polite, with a smile that just made my whole day better and was finished with my order before I could even notice. ps, the coffee was divine would recommend definitiw

Great staff, fast service. during these difficult times make a good job. they are always really busy so they do an amazing job under stressful conditions to time. in a busy area with many customers it is often hard to keep all happy, but...big job.

Very dirty had to clean table everyone can come from the street and the a toilet staff from the market over the street were always to use before customers need to train out simple order wrong never back

As usual the staff are friendly but the hygiene is very poor toilets dirty, tables not wiped between customers, previous customer’s cups etc left behind and no official distancing between tables in place. I haven’t been in a cafe as badly managed as...this one in a long time. Hand gel and spray available, QR code for scanning but no one to remind or prompt customers to use it.
