I've been to many tiki bars in the U.S. This is not tiki. First, the music was salsa...not Hawiian... not carribian either... Every advertisement, poster, and sign pushed Guinness for the Scottish game in Japan...There were eclectic decorations without a real cohesive tiki feel. However the ambiance was good. The drinks were tasty, staff was friendly, but the drinks seemed weak. Okay, but won't return. A tiki bar should sell an experience, not just sweet drinks.

I think initially the place is nice, however it isn’t the friendiest place, which is a right shame. Having drank there as a student, I think the staff could be much more welcoming especially the on duty manager, who couldn’t have been any unfriendlier if he tried. Such a shame.

Went in as it hosted some fringe events. Had a quick drink but out of date drinks info displayed and staff couldn't really care.
