Their free smoothie reward does not work! The manager told me he cannot do anything. Do NOT download their app. The store said I have 42 points and the app said I have 482 points after buying 6 smoothies. I did NOT receive a free smoothie after my first purchase. I definitely prefer Smoothie King.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was my first visit, and the service was terrible. My veggie hummus wrap contained mostly lettuce—there was more lettuce than anything else! They should really call it a lettuce wrap instead. This is exactly why I prefer to eat at home most of the time.

I visited today to order the hurricane smoothie, but I found out it’s no longer on the menu. When I asked the staff if they had something similar, the woman responded as if I were the employee and she was the customer. It’s not my responsibility to know the menu by heart. I suggest better training for your employees.

The customer service was far from what it should be! We weren't greeted when we arrived, nor did we receive any thanks during our visit. When our food was served, it was almost tossed onto the table with a casual "here you go." It's a pity, especially since it's conveniently located next to Subaru, which is where I visited today in Edinburg.

The smoothie are good but the service for food is crazy we got our smoothie but we waited 1 whole hour for a quesadilla and a chicken presto sandwich so many people order and got there food even sit there and ate in our face I even walk over and one lady had the same thing I order we ask 3 people how long and they went to check but never came back and talk to us so after me getting upset and asking for the 4th time they bring the wrong food out and we wait a hour for nun my husband got a refund on the food and we left alone with some other customers and a worker left to she just walk out on her phone and drive off in the middle of taking orders. I also have pictures of the time we order and video of when they brought food after me asking 3 times and getting no answer from worker that was so rude and we felt very embarrassed
