Little Caesars Pizza - Edinburg

I always have great experiences. No problems. Pizza is always fresh from the oven.

Slowest pizza place ever? Even with 10 employees in the back they will have long lines inside and out.

I placed an order at the window at 6:35 pm. Finally at 7:30 someone asked me what I was waiting for. I tried calling from 6pm until my order was ready. They had taken the phone off the hook so it wouldn't ring! No excuse for this poor service!!!

This is getting ridiculous. I?ve ordered twice from the app and both times my orders were not ready. I even came 5 mins after the ?scheduled? pick up time and it was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 25 mins for my order. And mind you it already takes 30-40 mins for the order and to have to wait an additional time is absolutely ridiculous. Yet there is tons of hot and readys, what?s the point for ordering online if my order isn?t going to be ready? I shouldn?t have to wait an hour for my order to be ready. Absolutely Horrible.

This is the worst Little Cesar 's I 've been too. This is the 4th time that we pre order and we wait the 30-40 mins to pick up and they NEVER, I mean NEVER have it ready. We end up waiting and extra 15-20 mins to get our order. What is the use of pre ordering to have it ready when they never have it ready? It makes no sense what so ever. I enter the store ask for my order and all they ever say is we are waiting in the pizzas to come out. Freaking ridiculous!!!! Worst worst worst!!! I 'm usually a patient person but come on...
