Green Ceviche Edinburg

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! The person who greeted us was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the menu. I ordered the cocktail bowl, which was quite large—I couldn't even finish it! The portion sizes were generous. I definitely plan to return! Thank you!

The shrimp ceviche tropical was fantastic. You can really appreciate the effort that goes into using all fresh ingredients. I’ll definitely be back soon. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for something healthy and refreshing.

I absolutely love this place and want to express my gratitude to the owners. It’s so good and healthy! The other day, I tried the fish tacos after having indulged in ceviche, and I wanted to try something different. Wow, they were amazing! The staff is also wonderful—really friendly—which makes the experience even better.

I ordered the cocktail with avocado and limette Habanero sauce for extra kick, and my oh my was it fresh and good. I have the combo with a chicken salad sandwich. so much food and the price was amazing. the little whip is enough of a meal for over person. I loved this place. will be back.

My first time here at Green Ceviche and I enjoyed my experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t wait long for my order (Baja Fish Tacos). And food was very flavorful. I’m curious to try other items on the menu so I will be back for more!
